Shukshuk Singapore Sling

The Singapore Sling was born behind a hotel bar over a century ago and has been poured, reinvented and argued over ever since. Ours goes back to the backbone of the drink: gin, cherry, orange liqueur and bitters, distilled and bottled in Singapore. We made this bottle so the drink travels well, small enough for a suitcase and strong enough to build a proper round of Slings once you're home.

The label borrows from Peranakan tiles, the hand-painted ceramic squares that still line shophouse façades on Joo Chiat and Emerald Hill. Look closely and you'll find the drink's own ingredients hidden among the florals: pomegranate, grapes, and a cocktail glass tucked in the corner.

• What's Inside: Gin, Triple Sec, Cherry, Grenadine, Bitters, Sugar, Food Colouring, Preservatives
• How to Serve: Pour 1 part Shukshuk Singapore Sling over ice with 3 parts pineapple juice (about 50ml to 150ml). Garnish with a pineapple slice of a cherry.
