Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing for the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage.

This means that we cannot cancel or make changes to your order.

Order placed before 6am will ship same business day and arrive by 6pm. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day.

At present, we do not offer tracking for orders but this is a feature we are looking to develop.

At present, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges. However, if any item in your order is missing or arrives damaged, we’ll gladly arrange a refund.

Delivery fees will be shown clearly at checkout.

We work directly with your hotel to make delivery seamless. If you're out exploring, hotel staff will securely place your order in your room. Should room delivery not be possible, we'll leave it at the front desk. Either way, your purchases will be waiting safely for you when you return.

If you have to check out before your order arrives, please notify us under "remarks" and we will leave the order at the front office for you. However, if you are leaving the hotel before the delivery time of 6pm, we will sadly be unable to fulfill your order.

Yes! All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways via Shopify and other payment providers.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay) and popular digital wallets (ApplePay, Google Pay, Paypal).

If we cancel your order, you will not be charged. Your pre-authorisation hold may take up to 5 business days to fall off of your account, dependent on your bank.

You won’t need to pay any additional duties or taxes unless these are charged by the vendor — in that case, we’ll include those costs in your order total.
