Hana (ABV 5.5%) is probably the first sake lager ever brewed in Singapore. Using a mixed fermentation of both sake and lager yeast, as well as using lots of rice, the lager has a mild aroma of cherry blossoms and a touch of earthiness. The lager itself has hints of jasmine and rice with subtle nuttiness, and finishes very crisp and dry. Complex but certainly delicious
