I love popiah; this simple roll packed with awesome, sliced to the perfect size, barely holding together enough to pick up with chopsticks. Maxwell Food Centre has many surprises (great beer!) and I was drawn to this hawker stall by how she has her workstation up front and surrounded by signs and announcements to draw you in. Even amidst the more well-known vendors in the hawker centre I felt this was special.
