He insisted on 100% pure, traditionally roasted coffee, a decision that shaped Tiong Hoe Gim Kee Trading Co. (THGK) into a beacon of quality. A Vision Born from Passion (2014)

Inspired by Mr. Tan Tiong Hoe's lifelong devotion to coffee, Co-founders Jacob and Juliana transformed his Queenstown office, a place steeped in over 20 years of history, into the warm, inviting café you see today. It was a vision to share that passion, to create a space that honored the past while brewing the future.
From Showroom to Gathering Place (2015)
Initially, we set out as wholesalers, showcasing coffee machines and equipment, eager to share our knowledge through workshops. But something magical happened. The rich, inviting scent of freshly roasted coffee drew people in, not just to see, but to taste, to connect. Soon, our space evolved from a showroom to a bustling café, a place where stories were shared over steaming cups of coffee.
A New Chapter: Expanding Our Reach (2019)
In 2019, we embarked on an exciting new chapter, opening our second home at VivoCity. More than just an outlet, it's an experience. From choosing from our green coffee beans selection, selecting your preferred roast (Filter, Omni, Espresso), and in just 30 minutes, holding your freshly roasted treasure - bringing you closer to the art of coffee. This new space, nestled within Fairprice Xtra, is where shopping meets dining, allowing you to enjoy a cup of coffee while grocery shopping.
